Comment on the article “Use of methacoline challenge test to detect bronchial hyperresponsiveness”

 We read with interest the article titled “Use of methacoline challenge test to detect bronchial hyperresponsiveness in children persistent rhinitis” published Cukurova Medical Journal by Guc et al. [1]. 
 This study showed that BHR positivity is high allergic rhinitis. Allergic rhinitis can cause false positive BHR. In addition, smoking and COPD positives [2, 3]. occur childhood [4]. think it would be appropriate mention this discussion part study.
